Ideally I'd like to quit. I know it's healthier and it would be a hell of a lot easier to study Kung Fu, but I know I still want to smoke, so right now my effort is more toward keeping my intake down. I was good for a month or so of less than 8 a day. Now it's more like less than 12 a day, but that's my hope for now until I truly get tired of smoking.

I quit for real this time. It helps if you have a friend or bf/gf quit with you. I've tried before but this time it was easier cause someone quit with me.

I don't think i will be quitting any time soon. I had this thought that once I moved into my new house i wouldn't smoke any more, that lasted for about 22 hours.
one of these days.....

I'll be quitting soon. I am actually doing a tobacco cessation course though. I'll get free patches and zyban too.
Now that im finally out of Japan im not drinking as much which is why all my previous attempts failed. Good luck to all of you that are going to try. If you can hang in there the first two weeks, the rest is easy. |
