I would never spend the time or money on something that doesn't go into more details about
a: how many events there are going to be
b: what kind of talent has been booked
c: If there are any private parties so you can actually get to network with people instead of just asking random strangers if they are in the industry
d: More lodging options as these prices are rather high and I have stayed in many tropical areas.
