I am getting ready to start promo on our next release, "The Solaris EP" from Deke and I and was looking for some material to promo the label along with it and came across this; I had no idea it was even there, especially since the EP dropped over a month ago.

I honestly can't say how the reviews are done or who they are done by. I want to say anyone can post reviews to the site, but they have to be approved by Beatportal. I may be wrong on this but I think that is what I remember hearing/reading somwhere.....

word dude. hopefully the release gets an extra boost due to the press.
its going to be interesting to see if Beatportal develops into a major dance music news site.
seems like the Beatport folks have ambitions beyond just an mp3 store.

Yeah I have found myself checking out the portal more and more. Glad to see thoughts of forward thinking and further involvement instead of the usual "lets just sit back and make money off people" approach.

    And congrats! btw :)
