Any DnB heads feeling dubstep at all?

I recently have caught a serious case of dubstep fever, I'm just curious as to how many other people are feeling it. I've been stockpiling mp3's and mixing it up lately and should have a mix done soon.
Are there any strictly dubstep parties in Bmore, or DC?
That might have to get done.

Agreed...well, except on the mixing part, since I don't spin. I'm sure there will be a few people ready to jump on this thread with the knowledge.

you NEED to make it up to new york for DubFWD. Hatcha, Youngsta and Scuba! not to mention Joe Nice and Dave Q. It's gonna be huge huge huge! Massive tunes all night long. it's on saturday 9/30.

new york is a bit far away, but that's the biggest lineup you are likely to find on this coast.

in fact... I hardly ever listen to dnb anymore, it's not nearly as exciting.

I think DNB is equally as exciting as the Dubstep. Both musically do eet for me.

oh no doubt, I was just talking about myself. I still like it, just not as much as I used to.

ive been feelin some dubstep fro a while now, but listening to mixes isnt as awesome as hearing live over the bass heavy system, which is why there needs to be more Dubstep at parties... I know it would make Joe Nice a happy person for b-more/DC to understand how big it is....

Dubstep is gonna blow up! watch out!

I haven't been to a party with it (er...that I remember, at least) and would really like to, for that very reason.
That'd be solid gold if it took off in DC

I honestly don't see it "taking off", which makes me frown. DC is haterville usa.

actually, if the 5dnb sessions booked a dubstep headliner and a dnb headliner instead of two dnb headliners, then everyone would be happy. that sound system is the tits.

    variety is a good thing.

I dunno if everyone would be happy. But a small subset of people would get pretty stoked, yeah, haha.
