    this was one of my favorite parties down there, yeah it was $30 and you didnt get music for half the afternoon... that blew... but it was fun as shit. bunch of drunk ass people playing in a huge rainstorm in a pool. i got stranded under the high dive in the middle of the storm and met a bunch of randoms - it was the perfect opportunity for a little :spliff: on the sly.

    and bukem's set there was great. he was supposed to go on at like noon so i was afraid i had missed him by the time i got there, but apparently he told the promoters something along the lines of fuck it im going to the beach, if you want me to play i'll be back at five. must have had lovely beach weather in that storm. heheheh.

    didnt hear of the $30 cover till you guys brought it up....

    to be honest $30 was more then worth the price of admission. That party was fucking bannanas. Bukem killed it...specially after the second rain storm...the vibe was incredible.

    and then...DSL absolutly SMASHED it. i had so much fun at that party.

    Mental Sharp was pretty sick as well. Any of you heading to Sonar tonight for the World of DnB?

    30 dollars? you call that jacked? The next day they jacked the prices to 150.00! AND they weren't even letting people in that had cabbanas (2000.00 a pop) and Sander K was outside waiting to get in!! Now that's messed up! They weren't even letting people into the hotel that paid to stay there! My husband left and they wouldn't let him re-enter (even though the SAME security assured him he could go and return!!) I was stuck inside without him!! Talk about Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

    yes. when i expect to pay $15 tops, double that is jacked.

    Simple - when you're eating store-bought chorizo + mac & cheese...an extra $15 puts a hurting on the wallet. ;)

    i wanted to stay for all of bukem's set, but someone drank too many cups of wine. ahem. thank you for posting it btw.

    it was nice hearing bukem after it emptied out and smelled like rain. i love that smell. 'specially under the miami sun.
