    triggering a sample in reason...

Does anyone know if/how to bpm match a sample triggered in the nn-19. Can't seem to find any info in the book I have.

    Thanks

I always forget if that's the advanced sampler or not. If it is, limit the range of the sample to one key. then create a start and stop loop for the expected lenght of the sample. Play high hats every beat during that loop. trigger the sample once for every desired length. Then listen to the sample and adjust the "Pitch". once you're gotten close, adjust the fine tune. it's a shit load of work, but once you've got it, it's powerful
