Well Mike, I think shimon did a PERFECT JOB with this one....making a Classic into a New School STOMPER for real...the bass is just too nasty on Shimon's. Don't THink so??? WHAT DO THE REST of you think?

the original packed a serious punch on a very minimal tip. that's what made it good.

vERY TRUE MIKE.....But, in his defense, you have too keeps up witht he times now a days with remixes....thats why the Compound/Kerbcrawler Remixes are so HOT! Thats what SHimon did.....he got on the Fresh tip......It is CRAZY, all the sounds that are going on, but they add a $$ dancefloor element.....plus, IT'S A RE-MIX FOR GOD'S SAKE...It isn't supposed to sound like the original.

kERBCRAWLER AND COMPOUND ARE noisy as well......especially Kerbcrawler. But, not as noisy as SHimon's....agreed. But it think it is cool the way every sound fits in....very intricate programming on SHimon's part....not his normal style...thats why it is SERIOUS!
Also...have you heard this......
