    Feedback on RyRy's CD

OK Track 1, I was totally perplexed lol.... what was that? It sounded like an indie rock band singing to classical... you have GOT to explain that to me...

I'm up to Track 8 and I heard the same vocal throughout 5 tracks and that was something that made me go hmmm... It was a vocal I liked though so I didn't mind the repitition.

What was your BPM range? It sounds like you were at about 140 or so, I notice it speeding up a bit but there was some really mellow points for a few minutes there.

Track 9 gets an A+ HOW CLASSIC AND MONUMENTAL, love it. Nicely done.

It's been very very dark, I would have a liked a little bit of a cheese track thrown in here or there to make me bounce a bit :P

MMM a siren :yummy: very yummy

Track 10 was such a teaser... but that rocks, reminds me of Here Comes the Pain.... build up, break down, build up even more, break down, big build and BOOM

12-14 were a bit mellow for me, good beats never the less though

16 I really liked the vocals, definitly trancey and cheesy, I'm glad you threw atleast one in there!!!!

    17 lol nice ending LOL

all in all 3/4 stars :yourock:

    15. lucid - lucid [lucid]
    16. Goldfinger - The End of the Day [Mojo / Jive]

the bpm ranges from like 146 at the beginning to about 153/154 near the end.

i agree about the mellowness near the end that doesn't fit. that's something that repeated listenings made me realize, but of course it's too late to fix, lol ;-)

explanation of track 1 .. well you can see what it is up there ... it's a beautiful song and i think it sets the tone well for "Voodoo" (the first electronica track on the CD) and the first couple songs ... i just felt it fit right :-) i've gotten some more comments on it from people who don't understand why a hard house CD starts out with a ballad ... which showed me i went in the right direction :-)

ok so i listened to it in the car today.... i played the cd first in my computer so i don't know but it seemed slower than what it was in the car.... yeah you're right it was definitly in the 146+ range  bassline could have been a bit harder though, i tried to tweak it some myself but couldn't do a whole lot otherwise as always
