How many New records do you buy a week?

Just curious to see how much money Djs spend on records in a week. Latley I have been spending abot 60-80$ since I got my new job.

If people would start putting out better stuff, I'd probably buy more. Otherwise, I end up finding between 3-5 new rekkids a week. Recently, itz been 0... So as soon as people want to start putting out better things, I'll start laying cash out again.

when i have money, i try to buy records.

sometimes, ill op to buy records instead of food.


sometimes, it really becomes a problem.

so i try to limit my access to places where i can purchase vinyl until i know i can afford to drop some loot.

$$$ Well I don't buy records every week. I mostly wait for at least 15-20 hot tracks then I buy. It is ususlly twice a month that I buy records.

I've found that the tracks I like are almost seasonal... During the fall it seems to drop off a bit, but the last 2 months have been crazy.

since i left school last summer and have been flip-flopping jobs, i've only bought a handful of records. before that though, i was getting 3-4 a week. now that i have a new job starting in 2 weeks i'll be back at it. i have a ton of stuff on backorder...

the note about seasonal track release is very true... end of summer and fall are particularly slow.

I have been getting some promos th, like the Eddie Amador (shake it - which i love) and Danny Howells.
