I agree...don't do it, is the best advice. Especially if you have cookies enabled, they can track you down a lot easier..

Well that depends on a lot of factors, like the nature of the material that you're downloading, and what you're using it for.
If it's being used for any sort of economic gain, then be prepared to suffer the consequences.

nah, I just forgot the Initials. I just did some research and found out that a lot of Kazaa users are being targeted to be subpoenad. A bunch of ISP's are also being subpoenad. Hmm...

He said it was for trading game files..
