I would like something a little bit longer than the ones you've found thus far. As far as insulation goes, something light would work, I'm not a winter trenchcoat person, spring and fall only.

Ann Taylor has some awesome coats too. They don't have many up on their website now, but do carry nice trench coats normally.

BTW, I have an AWESOME dark green, corduroy fall jacket from H&M. It was under $60 and perfect for fall. Knee length, 3 buttons and 2 side pockets. <3 it.

Arundel Mills Mall, H&M gets a great selection in fall jackets so you may want to try there. I picked this one up there and was so happy I remember skipping out the store.
