I know Phyto has a dietary supplement for hair and nails and I've taken a hair/nails/skin supplement before, but I want to know if anyone has had a really good experience with a certain kind or if there are other supplements out there that can aid in this process. Getting bored with my hair and I can't do anything about it because of the length. I'm trying to be good about bleaching and my fun colors for a little while as well to keep it really healthy.

Tried anything with placenta in it? I know Sally's has a bunch of stuff you can put on your hair.
I dunno, never tried it myself but there was a girl in college who swore by it.

I don't care what the benefits are... I would never put placenta anything on my hair.

Biotin supplements increase nail and hair growth. So do prenatal vitamins. You can find both at any CVS.
Most people don't have biotin deficiencies so you may not get anything out of consuming more. Natural sources of it are things like brewer’s yeast, nutritional yeast, whole grains, nuts, egg yolks, sardines, legumes, liver, bananas, cauliflower, and mushrooms.
Brewers yeast tastes gross, you can mix it in things like stews and you won't notice the flavor. It's also good for your skin during dry months.
