dc cafe late night ftw and i most certainly did not hit that car! ...and THAT's why i bought a mini-van people...comfortable, plenty of power, space for like eighty WITH equipment in the back, sliding doors on both sides for convenient stumbling onto busy streets and curbs, and soft bumpers so you can't tell wether i hit that parked car or not, coz i didn't...

it's not rare for people to express their distaste for this rule. honestly i don't really agree with it on all levels. however, if you think about it... a lot of under 21 guys operate on a COMPLETELY different maturity level than women so it cuts the BS... it's also a BAR and you don't want to fill up on people that are so young they can't drink. it takes up unwanted space. and finally it does keep the male:female ratio a little closer and definitely DOES prevent any festivals de sausage.
