2.) vendors selling adult novelty items, piercing jewelry and possibly a local clothing vendor
3.) an art show
4.) extended hours (9pm-6am).

No doubt 400+, those rooms aren't small and there was that large long hallway upstairs for chillout too. I think this event will get a good sized gathering, there were some complications with the first one (like the entire road being closed), not to mention it was the first time for the party/venue and you had some doubters. that's definitely in the past!!!!

We've been getting mixed responses from people, as I'm sure a lot of people who put parties together do. Some are very happy with a strictly local line-up, others want a bigger name in there.

I would personally like to bring in a bigger name maybe once a year [seeing that the party is every three months]. Of course, no matter who we bring in there, the rest of the line-up would be filled with nothing but local talent.

But Matti and I myself have personal relationships with some of the bigger named DJs, that we would love to have come help pack the place out.. and who would do it without draining our bank accounts.

I've given up on calling anyone a headliner these days.. all I know, is there's a prime-time slot. But I've heard local talent rock out the dance floor, while the headliner completely bombed. Which is why I am no longer hard pressed to book a headliner for anything these days, as nice as it would be.
