That and they imparted their knowledge unto us about entry fees vs dj fees so I wanted a lesson by example of how it should be done.

setting up a cooler of water is pretty damn easy. they had more than just free water at the last one in fact! lol...i got some free gatorade.

To answer that question, we will be selling bottled water for a dollar, and bottles of gatorade as well, but we are also going to have about 3 or 4 water coolers set up.

To clear up some things, the party was not cancelled due to me leaving. Ima still be around until the first week of September, and it's not a money issue.

Just rest assured that we've explored other options for things and right now it's just not feasable to throw another party. However, we will be back in full force in 2008. Thanks to everyone for your continued support, and hopefully I'll see some of you out before I leave.

after talking to max, i think the easiest way to go without having to trim rosters or worry about packing a place in, would be the house.

pros:

no need to cut rosters
2 dj areas [1 inside, 1 outdoors]
working facilities
air conditioning
no need to try to get millions of people to come out

Just wanted to let you guys know the equip i'll be bringing.

I have a Native Instruments Audio Kontrol 1 24 bit soundcard, and i'd be willing to keep it hooked up all night. It pumps up the sound quality like you wouldn't believe. Plus it's hooked into monster cables which adds even more quality.

After I do my set you can just unhook my apple and hook the decks directly into the soundcard :)
