i saw Tori Amos six years ago at DAR and it was one of the most moving performances i have ever seen in my entire life. she really does look like a fairy in person, with an incredibly powerful and haunting voice. i love her, i hope to be able to go to this.
bump for the afternoon crowd

one of the creepiest moments of my life was when she sang somewhere over the rainbow at this same venue just after september 11. it was the first time i'd been back in the city, we drove by the pentagon on the way to the show. that tour was really emotional.

she began her performance by doing her rendition of 97 bonnie & clyde behind the curtains.. that was fucking creepy too.
