On a different tip, I'm obsessing over the new Merka remix of Soul of Man's "Gonna Keep On." Instant Classic! I love old school breaks, and can't get enough Merka. Not to mention the originality of the melodies and production techniques. I could listen to this stuff all day. I say my prayers every night that people keep up work on tunes like these. I've had enough electro and tear out to choke a mule.

My current breakbeat fave is the Peter Paul remix of "We Rock The Party." Nothing will ever hype me up as much as this song does. Well the other song that gets me going like that is Tom Real - High Noon On My Sundial. That was my encore track at Z:Lounge in Pittsburgh last year and everyone was smashing beer bottles and fucking shit up to that track. The literal dancefloor chaos that track did was something that I'll never forget.
