That mix is Electro/Dubstep/Breaks fusion but i'll be going more bleepy minimal for Pulse - Pole/Monolake/Basic Channel/LFO/Plaid/Vladislav Delay/etc...

If you guys haven't checked out the 88 monthly events, DO IT. The music is as progressive as you will find at any venue/party in the city, and venue is ultra-modern in a way that perfectly compliments the art/music. They have a *ridiculous* bar stocked with so many vodkas you've never seen before, and they even have a system that injects pretty scents throughout the ventilation system. Plus the level of technology the venue is operating at is heads above all other venues in the city - there's really no comparison. Lighting/ambiance - also no comparison. Electronics/speakers/dj gear is flush-mounted to avoid clutter - what venues care enough about the DJs to go through that much work? none. BeBar / 88 is where its at! Plus if you live in VA, the venue is ON 9th street - so it's super easy to get back to 395... just go straight!

Wow...what a night. Big, Big up to everyone that came out. The dance floor was seriously moving, had great energy. Tons of fun. Top, top vibe.

Best Pulse so far!!! The bar was packed, but most importantly, the dancefloor was full, too! Just enough room for everyone to get their groove on, for sure!!! And groove people did! It was so freaking nice to see so many people getting off on such awesome music! Camea rocked the house and the house responded with an all around amazing vibe! Pulse keeps getting better and better! Practice makes perfect, and perfection we seek!!! It really felt like something solid was firming up that night as far as a serious techno scene here in the DC area!

And for those who have homophobe issues :dunce: , get your lame-ass away from the bar and on the dancefloor! It's easily a 50/50 ratio of guys to girls. Hot girls love dancing at gay bars because they don't have to worry about the typical meat head coming and trying to get up on 'em! I laughed when one of my friends was dancing up a storm and backed into a guy who was also dancing. Any other club and she would have probably been molested. She just bounced off him and everyone kept grooving.
