DJ ASSAULT
(DETROIT)

DJ Assault, the juke or ghettotech godfather, the man behind a whole new set of beats -- the man responsible for some of the most infectious hooks this side of the Mississippi. Producing records since 1995 Assault has been making some of the most talked about booty-bass tracks in existence, including the absolute classic "Ass N Titties"!
DANDI WIND
(LIVE!/MONTREAL)

Dandi Wind is a strange creature, a funny animal between peacock and porcupine that is attractive yet repellant. Right, so... it’s difficult to be clear about a group that desires above all else to be a live experience. To properly grasp the duo, it’s necessary to make your way to a nearby venue – where you’ll often find the Dandis - and to experience the supernatural trance that possesses singer Dandilion Wind Opaine for yourself. She climbs the walls, walks on tables, sits in the audience’s lap and rolls around on the floor. Dandi Wind have also played shows with The Klaxons, Hidden Cameras, Final Fantasy, Shychild, Simian Mobile Disco, Les Georges Leningrad, Broken Social Scene, Erase Errata and Planning to Rock. Get ready!
PINK SKULL
(LIVE!/PHILLY)

Pink Skull is a dj/producer collective from Philladelphia based out of Space 1026. Comprsed of Justin Geller, Julian Grefe and Ian Kelly, the group formed in 2003 with the sole intent to create a universe of quirky, dance-able, psychedelic house. Drawing from their past experiences in the electronic music and punk scenes and massive record collections, they did just this. Between them they have played with The Cure, The rapture, The Faint, Adult, Trans Am and tons more. You may also know them from the Pink Skull remix of Spank Rock's "Bump", which has been getting heavy play at Tax Lo for months. Join us for their live area debut.
RADIOCLIT
(UK)

The pair were instantly recognisable on the London club scene for tiiiiime: Etienne - the classic, dark French playboy, if he looked anymore French, you'd have to assume the blood pumping through those veins was royally infused with that of Louis XIV and Serge Gainsbourg. And Johan, the down south G-boy, mysteriously born in Sweden. The only kid rocking full gold grillz in London, and with a beard plaited into twin ropes that runs for miles. Ultimate hustlers. You'd only miss the duo, if you walked the streets tapping a white stick on the pavement.
Radioclit had initially been hatched into the world as an internet radio show, strictly for the good times, they'd wanted to do pirate radio but couldn't afford the equipment, didn't know how to do it, totally didn't need the hassle. And then eventually the mix cds began emerging, in 2004 You Godda Lick It, and for 2005 Careful Clit Clit. All distributed freely and spreading the news that Radioclit was in town. Later were the legendary podcasts, and together with a reputation brewing as a ridoinkolous dj prospect, the Radioclit manifesto was emerging with some definition. That manifesto at the time, to leave every club they entered without a goddamn roof. And that's exactly what they managed to do. And that's exactly what they are gonna do at Tax Lo on June 8th!
also appearing Tax Lo's Dave Nada!
