Have any women here gone through a serious body transformation? I'm honestly worried about losing too much mass in my boobies and ending up with pancake tits. Anyone have any recommendations about exercises that'll help keep them from sagging?

a lift.
a friend of mine has a very small frame, and had extremely large breasts. (DDD on a girl that weighs 120lbs at the most)
she was complaining on myspace about how they were too large, they hurt her back, and they were starting to sag.
she recently got reduction surgery, and a lift. she says that she couldn't be happier with them now.

Hm...depends on how serious you mean. Between the ages of 15/16 and 19 I went from being a 36C to a 32A/B due to weight loss. They weren't so much pancake-ish as they were just small and boyish. I think it would have been different if they'd gone from super-big to normal, as opposed to normal to super-small. Are you planning on going through a serious body transformation?

you can certainly do some weight training stuff to strengthen your pecs, but as far as actual bobbage goes, i believe a snip and tuck is the only way to go if your talking going from say a DD cup to an A or B.

i know little about boobs specifically, as i have never owned them.
but a friend of mine lost mad weight real quick and all the skin went saggy, and he had to have it all snipped/tucked.
if you can manage to slow down boob loss then maybe, retain elasticity.
but having a kid i think pretty much dooms you.(cuz most chicks drop weight fast)
but being a mom is a respectable trade. the props you gain for putting up with kids makes up for the "other than teenage figure".
imo

I'm honestly just afraid of going from a firm DD to a saggy C. I'm going to have big boobs no matter what, I honestly just want to know if there's anything I can do exercise wise to try and prevent sagging.
I guess not though :sadpanda:
And Emma - by major body transformation I mainly just mean losing weight. If I take it off slowly and naturally instead of unnaturally fast maybe that will help.

A few good motions:
Bustline Toner
If this exercise is too easy, add hand weights for improved chest development.
Directions:
1) Stand with your feet together, knees bent and back straight.
2) Place your arms in front, shoulder level with palms facing each other.
3) Quickly, with a pulsing motion, press palms in and apart without actually touching your hands together.
4) For each set, do 20-25 tiny contractions or little pulses inwards. Build to however many sets you want to do.
Chest Firmer
You'll strengthen your chest and all upper-arm muscles with this simple exercise.
Directions:
1) Place one foot in front of the other for balance and stability.
2) Lean forward slightly. While holding your weights with wrists straight, begin with your arms wide and rounded and elbows slightly bent.
3) Tightly controlling your arms, pull your arms toward one another, crossing them in front.
4) Do 2 sets of 8-12 repetitions, alternating which arm moves in front of the other. Build to 4 sets.
Variation: Increase the poundage of your weights, building to 5-pound or even 10-pound weights
Chest Flies with Weights
This exercise enhances both your breasts and your upper arms. Try it with weights or, if that's difficult, use fists to start.
Directions:
1) With a mat or towel beneath you, lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
2) Hold 1-, 3-, or 5-pound weights in your hands with your arms extended straight out at shoulder level, above your chest. Have your palms facing towards one another.
3) Slowly, with a controlled motion, lower your arms to your sides.
4) Repeat the motion, doing 8-12 reps for each set. Rest 15 seconds between sets.
5) Start with two sets and build to 3 or 4.
Note: If you do this exercise without weights, try to create resistance with your fists.

Um yeah natural weight loss is always better than unnatural weight loss...with that said, long as you do a bit of cross training and cardio, you should lose the weight fine without losing your firm DD's :badkitty:

I hate to be the bearer of bad news...but mammary glands are not effected by exercise. You can get the rest of your upper chest toned up, but your boobs will not be effected. You mentioned a slow-steady drop of weight, and that's really the only way you're going to see the results you want w/o having surgery.

I have been developing my full, tender, volumptuous (sp?) man-tits primarily by eating a lot of Mrs. Fields cookies located at White Flint Mall next to my work. I suggest the Chocolate Fudge or White Chocolate Macadamia for minimum aereola expansion.

You will.
Something interesting is that no matter what size you are, there is almost always some fat that could be lost, especially from the boobs. Only when your body is at a very low fat % (or even its ideal fat %, for argument's sake), will you see what your natural breast size is purely based on the mammary tissue.
(For me, I learned it's very little. Sad panda, indeed.)

You can pass some of the extra boobage on to me if you want... Every wedding dress I've tried on has enough room for like 3 sets of my boobies in the top & it's kinda funny how much "wiggle" room I end up having (thanks to the boning & structure of the dress).

yeah, these days I'd rather be skinny with less boobies than big with humungo boobs like I am now. It makes finding clothes that fit and look good HARD.
