Is it broken out, or sort of dry and sun damaged?

John, Here is what you need if you break out on your arms:
http://www.biore.com/usa/products/productInfo.asp?productId=2

Don't use it too much or it will dry your skin out.

You shouldn't ever use that apricot scrub on your face. It has crushed, jagged pieces of shell it it that can scratch and damage your skin.

John, for most people, the products you use on your face are different than those that you would use on your body, since the skin on the body is usually less sensitive, and a bit thicker. What exactly is going on with your skin, and how did you get blemishes on your arm?

:werd: That can mosdef cause breakouts.

In your quest to clear up your arm, don't get overzealous with your skin. Don't scrub so hard that you're breaking the skin, which can leave marks or prolong the healing time. Gentle cleansing, exfoliation, and moisturizing, along with *patience* are key to clearing up skin.

I know you're not supposed to, but I use it on my face once a week. I loooove it. It's the only thing that actually leaves it smooth. Maybe I just have a tough face.
