What are you doing to make sure all of your lady bits are toned for the rapidly approaching summer weather?

So far, I've decided to put on 10lbs. Now that I've accomplished this, I'm thinking it may not work out so well....
I'm making my self do something, gym, walking a good distance, SOMETHING where I sweat, 7 days a week. Cutting waaay down on carbs and controlling my diet while at work by leaving 5 days of breakfast and lunch at the office so I'm not tempted to go out. I'm also quitting drinking for a while.

today i up'd the resistance on the elliptical and targeted my hamstrings and gluts for ten minutes going as hard as i could. burned about 105 cals. not sure if i want to keep going this route because i almost threw up. i was definitely in the cardio zone the entire time though. i'm going to add a couple of minutes each day. i took a break to drink some water and clean out my jeep but i'm going to doing some push up's, bicep/tricep curls, and ab's a little later today. i had some edamame for lunch as well.

I've been going to the gym 5 days a week (hr a day) and doing circuit training, kickboxing, and step classes- they're no joke. Also I've been keeping my daily calorie intake during the week at about 1500-1800. Weekends are a free space and I eat whatever I want so I don't go crazy. I've been at it for the last three weeks or so- and I'm already starting to see things start to happen so I'm stoked.
Also (Disclaimer: I'm very aware of the dangers or skin cancer... no lectures pls) I've been laying out for 45 minutes or so every day. See ya white legs!
Delaware is boring so this is the first year I've been able to be serious about a bikini ready plan.

i've been laying out on nice days thus far. i'm not big on tanning beds at all, i prefer lotions for a little boost of colour. my arms, shoulders and chest are looking fab but my legs are quite pesky. too bad it's cloudy out today.
and you said the magic words that i've heard from every trainer i've worked alongside. 1500-1800 cals./day for women.

i decided stuffed grape leaves are fantastic, specially in lemon sauce.
I realized i dont eat habeneros anymore,
also noticed the awsomness of some sort of stuffed hot pepper thing, that was at the olive bar i got the grape leaves from
also noted spinnach garlic tortillas make damn nice fajita wrappers.
drank too much beer.
glanced at my bike and sighed at the rain outside.
and drank a pot of coffee
then i realized my lack of ladybits, might make me posting in this thread completely pointless.
now im going to hang my head and wander off

im not sure if it will get me ready for bathing suit season per-se but i found a place to get water based lubricant by the gallon.
i already got the moonbounce deal squared.
all i need now is a pressure sprayer, and a large pretty quiet outdoor space.

anyway, after all is said and done with my daily workouts i'm going to make it a point to sit in the sauna for 20 minutes or so and just really sweat it out. with mother's day tomorrow, i know we're having honeybaked ham, but i think i'm just going to stick to shrimp.

That's my goal this coming week (exercising an hour a day). I've gotta make sure I get out of work early enough each day, which is the roughest part.
I can't wait to start laying out and getting some nice warm vitamin D conversion goin on. Our rooftop deck opens memorial day weekend.

i had some edamame for lunch as well.
edamame and soup for dinner last night.
it's also very possible that i will finally join a gym. james and i have decided that we need to get nice and shapely for the wedding, so we are looking to join a gym asap. this will be AWESOME because if we are going together then we definitely stand a chance at actually getting results. either that or we will suck as a team and never go.....but at least we will be sucking together. <3

I've found that the key to going to the gym every day, is getting enough sleep. I know it seems obvious, but I get on these patterns where I'm up late because I have way too much to do, then I'm just too exhausted to go to the gym. Or if I do go, I feel like I'm going to fall off the machine I'm using and don't stay on more than 15 minutes.

Agreed. And getting home from work at a human time.
Granted, those two factors are related.

Schedule changes are what mess me up- this week Matt took some vacation and came and stayed with me in Delaware. So instead of working out I must rush home to see him. And all of my healthy eating has gone right out the window. Dammit.
Next week I'm on a mission. Flying= bad food and no time to run. *Sigh*
PS- Emma I'm SO jealous of your rooftop deck.

Well, as long as I'm living here, you have an open invitation to come over and have some roof-time
