i'm also the WORK THAT BODY mod as well.
i'm sticking the work out check in thread so it's always at the top and you fuckers don't have to search for it
also
i figured this summer if we plan outdoor events and shit like swimming, kayaking, mountain adventures, blah blah blah you get it that i could stick those threads too
for organizational purposes
if you have any suggestions, post 'em here or fuck, pm me even

Is going back to moderating the buzzboard going to have any impact on your lifting schedule? And if so, why would you give up that time?

The answer is no, I will continue lifting bottles of beer regularly as modding will have no impact on it whatsoever

I think I must have some rotator cuff problem, because about two 40's into my lifting my shoulder starts to hurt. Do you have any recommendations to fix that?
