I thought that this would be a nice place for you ladies to share techniques for keeping your vagina tight. Both you, and your man will get more pleasure this way. Remember, a tight vagina is a happy and healthy vagina.

Please discuss at length any techniques and tools (fingers, cell phones, cigars, cucumbers, etc) that you may use, so that the entire female community can learn these exercises. You will feel a new-found sense of pride after just a few weeks of doing these, and you may also re-invigorate your sex life as well!

Horseback riding.

Ask Matti. He can never complain about my girly bits being in bad shape..

With Skylar I tore a little bit.. I only got three stitches with her. With Claire I didn't tear at all - which I was surprised about, because she was almost two pounds bigger.

I waited exactly a week before riding after Skylar.

With Claire it was like 10 days, because I had the worst contractions days after having Claire. My stomach was incredibly sore for the first few days I was back from the hospital.


I got some hell from the other moms at the barn for riding so early.. but I know me, I know my horse, and I know my body. I felt fine, I never pushed myself to do anything really extensive at first [the first week I'd ride, it was only walking and trotting, nothing big]. If I had still been in pain or felt something was off, I wouldn't have ridden so early after having my kids.
