The way to skip the line is to find the person in front with the clipboard. they have our guest list. Ask them for the "Snatch" guest list.
they'll give you a ticket for admission and instead of standing in the line on the right (closest to the building) you can move to the much shorter line on the left.

at one point there was discussion of turning the basement into a hookah bar to gain exemption from the smoking ban, but I really have no idea if that was ever done or not... Honestly, I'm kind of hoping not... On the other hand people having to run outside all the time to smoke really fucks up party continuity...

I live in VA and the point thing is all messed up.

I got caught wreckless driving down 95 goin 85 miles an hour.

When I went to court I said sorry, took a driving class and now I have +5 points on my license. which means perfect with 5 extra just in case.

so yeah... whatever.


I dont know if I can make it tonight because I have to work the second job from 5-11 but can someone throw me on that list just in case. :-)

I had a lot of fun Friday, thank you to everyone who came by. Deke made my night, and if we can forget the skipping bit at the very beginning, Rob was great! (j/k) He was also great because he drove me home. Yay designated driver Ciconte! The limo service was awesome.

Thoughts:

1. Smoking ban = very stupid, but based on reliable information, probably going to be going away in three months.

2. Using anything other than Stoly or better for Cran Vodkas = bad idea

I have other ideas but they're not worth sharing. ;-)

the best part about the smoking ban was watching the waitstaff and bartenders that this legislation is meant to protect all light up after hours while I was waiting to close out... that's meaningful legislation for you! :thumbsup:

I personally still think it should have been left up to the individual establishments and also allow them to create seperate smoking area's if they so chose. I am not a big fan of government dictating these situations. I agree non-smokers have there rights too but instead of reaching a middle ground they swing all one way and take away the smokers rights.. Oh well old arguements that no one will ever listen too anyway....


Guess I will have to party more in Virginia.. or just stop partying all together..

Yeah I'm with you. the only bad part is that friends disapear for periods of time to go smoke outside....but I definatly enjoy not having my clothes smell like smoke since I don't smoke.

Yeah... they are a lot of fun... I just should have been smart and not messed with it after a few drinks... it's all good... As I said the rest of my set was real good... so no worries.
