There are plenty of 18+ venues....they just don't serve alcohol.

Until VA changes their ABC laws (not likely) you will never see too many mixed venues (or at least stay open for very long).



Honestly, after they get done banning all the smoking from this country in the name of safety - alcohol is next (you watch).
