Holy balls.
Last night was a fucking freakshow.
Fells Point was literally a sea of people.
It was Mardi Gras, Carnival, and Halloween shenanigans, all combined.
The Oyster, which has a capacity of maybe 75-100, was absolutely MAXED out.
It was probably even over capacity.
Anyway, we tore the Oyster a new poop-chute with our Meaty Beatz™. :bbjohnson:
And despite the bar running critically low on booze at midnight-ish, we had an absolute blast.
This was the best night at the Oyster, BY FAR.
Too bad you lame-o's missed it :smurf:

Last night was def insane in the Point & at the Oyster. One of the busiest Halloweens here ever.. and it's always been pure mayhem in the past. My roomamte just told me he tried to come by twice & each time there were lines 40 - 50 people deep at the door so he never got in there.
I want to thank Jon & Barry for coming in & playing tunes for the night.. I honestly believe that's what kept the people there even when I had no beer to serve them, very little liquor selection left , & not enough me to go around! Lol at the just turned 21 year old girls that kept calling me sweetie thinking that would get them their 5 Tuaca & 6 red headed slut shots faster & the self important couple that started yelling at me & wanting to fight "cuz i didn't acknowledge them when they walked in". My response... dude, do you see these 100 people here yelling my name that have been waiting for a drink for longer than you've even been in here? I am but one person & I'll get you as soon as I can.. right now I just don't have time to fight you about it! Now, what do you want to drink & I'll see if I even have it anymore. Now that I think about it, he was probably a Raven player or someone "famous" that I should have recognized.. oh well, he did contribute heavily to the London Fund tip jar in the end so it's all good! Anyway... mad props to you guys for all the help & for keeping it going! :affection:

uhhhh, im still drunk, definatly good times and a night to remember. Good after party as well. Lisa you BUSTED your ass last night, and you hung in there and John you rocked some tunes! It was crazy last night like Flugtag in Fells Point. And yes the fish net stockings RULED last night ladies!!!

they have wireless there. we tried getting things prep'd for Joe Nice to do his Gourmetbeats show from there, but the connection kept dropping. I need to look at hardwiring the internet connection and then maybe it would work.
