Born in Ghana, raised in Washington DC, and educated in Montreal, Canada, exposure has been the name of his game since birth. Growing up, Reggae and High Life, alongside 50's Soul and RnB, were the sounds his parents listened to. In Washington DC in the late eighties and early nineties, Pop, Hip-Hop, and Rock were the steady musical diet Senyo fed himself on musically. It was the 2-Step and 4x4 UK Garage sounds which caught and blazed Senyo's ears in the late nineties while at school in Montreal. Having difficulty finding CDs at times, the internet played a major part in exposing Brian to the sounds being defined in London. Crediting Interface Pirate Radio and gaialive.com as major sources, Senyo would spend hours listening to sets from pirate style shows being transmitted around the world from these web sites. With no night catering to the sounds he was falling in love with, Senyo became one of the first DJ's to champion UK Garage in Montreal, and among the first in Canada. In doing this, Senyo, alongside DJ Lexis, started one of Canada's first strictly UK Garage internet radio broadcast, SteadyVibe'n, on the now defunct sweet-ting.com. 2 hours of pure "Garridge", each wednesday night, came pouring out of sweet-ting's industrial St. Henri loft space. After 2 years of supporting the sound in Montreal, Senyo made a move to Boston, Massachusetts, and joined up with DJ/Producer G Notorious, and DJs Jam-2 and Elyte as part of the SoulChampion Crew. As one of the 4 UK Garage residents at Runnin Fridays, Senyo was part of a weekly focal point of the Northeast underground club scene. Senyo continues to develop and champion the UK Underground Garage sound that has hit new peaks of creativity with the 4x4 revival and ever expanding MC driven "Grime" sound, as part of Darqsyde with DJ Jam-2, as well as a member of SoulChampion.

DJ Nav has been bringing the vibe since he first touched the fader in his high school days. Back then, house parties were the name of the game and Nav was unrelenting in providing the groove for the people. Privately dedicated to house music in his early years, Nav was also known for rocking outdoor events and dances with that steady 4/4 beat. Throughout these years many genres of music infiltrated his psyche, from hiphop/rnb through to trance and hard-house, an eclectic personal musical taste influenced his sets but it was that nagging tug from the syncopated beats of 2step and 4/4 UK garage that forced DJ Nav into the direction he is taking today. A mixture of vibes, both feel-good as well as dark fit into Navs repertoire due to producers such as MJ Cole, Tuff Jam, Booker T, Groove Chronicles and Steve Gurley having a profound impact on his garage tastes. Thanks to Navs background in house parties, his sets have that good-vybe, positive atmosphere where people can experience the varied sounds that actually make up UK Garage and are encouraged to feel, the swing, the groove and the bass and join in the dance. DJ Nav plans to bring 2Step and 4/4 Underground Garage to a higher level of exposure in the DC area and with his residency at Synesthesia on Friday nights and the desire to bring back the real garage groove with his productions, DC could finally be getting a healthy dose of Garage that has been missing for far too long.

Godfather Sage is the epitome of versatility, a DJ/producer whose expertise spans many genres including house, brokenbeat, hiphop, R&B and drum & bass to name a few. His life is completely consumed with music as he spends his days producing and working in the recording studio that he lives above. He is a true master of electronic music and beats and often plays the role of educator when he is behind the turntables. He has a real knack for working old gems and new party rockers into his sets which are true journeys. He's got house records in his bag for this gig, and dont be suprised if he drops some of his signature Gully Electro Atmo tracks, a sound that he recently invented and will be pushing on his first full lenth self-produced mix CD which will be dropping in early fall.
