i'm gonna be in amsterdam during the last week of this month but i was wondering if anyone knows of any drum n bass (or anything else worth while to check out) happenings over there.
i've done some searching online but haven't really found anything. it seems that rotterdam may have a better scene down there. i've checked out some amsterdam dnb sites and emailed the contact(s) but haven't gotten any replies.
at any rate, if anyone knows where i can find some info i'd appreciate it.
thanks in advance.

Good luck finding DnB in Amsterdam...I'd try The Hague or Utrecht. Rotterdam is good for deep house.

Mazzo shut a few years back & Milkweg has less and less dnb these days. Rotterdam is the home of dnb out there now & its not to far to get to. Its also a port town so its a dirty town to go play in. If you want to see Noisia they have a party up north in a town called Groningen which is supposed to be good.
The Hague which is about an hour away on traain also has some good parties.
If you can't be bothered travelling check the flyers in the coffee shops, but avoid any coffee shops near the main train station & the red light district. Work your way a good 15 - 20 minutes walk into town and find some down the back streets. Global Chillage is my favourite, full of dutch people, great weed, and very good coffee too.

the coffeeshop immediately just down the street (away from the train station) from the bulldog hostel in the RLD is run by serious EDM peoples, has a dj booth, and tons and tons of flyers etc. may have closed in the past 2 years but has been there every time i have.

check these out
http://www.futureresearch.nl AGENDA theres all the nights + links to promotors sites
http://www.redzoneheadquarters.com/
That's Martyns crew. They host the Redzone nights and a few other nights in Eindhoven. Usually have big headliners and their nights are packed. The crazy thing about Holland is the parties are usually 16 and up since the drinking age is so low. They also have a forum with party info and general dnb discussion.
