Downbeat pulls the hammer back and locks in new artists D-ranged & IF:IM for their latest relese on wax. These two cut's are packed with elements of emotion & filth which will no doubt pack any floor!
A:/IF:IM FT DEAN FOREST - CLOWNS
This tune is by far one of the most innovative pieces of music we've come across in a while! A steady ride of drumms & smooth pads open the intro nicely. As it goes along, it builds into some guitar riffs and cut up vox. The breakdown enters and the emotion of the vocals take your mind away until you hear the build up of the bass and you know it's coming! The body drops and it's a full-on assault of gritty bassline madness complete with cut up vocals and synth lines that'll wake the dead. The body moves into a section of guitar riffs and choppy drums which adds more emotion before the 2nd drop comes knockin at ya door. During the down time of the tune, you will be placed back into that trance like state due to the emotional aspect the vocals give off. But wait, cause you'll be back in it when the bass drops in, covering your eardrums like wax. This tune is the first of its kind in breakbeat with its fresh ideas and solid production work!

Starting off in the intro, you'll have a solid drum pattern with a ride of piano work going along together. Warm synth lines come & go until you reach the breakdown. The main vox comes in and a wall of bass starts to rumble, bang you into the body and it's a bruiser for sure. Complete with throbbing patterns of bass frequencies that'll push any speaker to the max, you know it's peak time business!! A turn around comes in smoothly and a new section of the tune is born. Bleeps and squeaks come rushing in to give even more movement until the emotional ride takes you into the 2nd breakdown. Building back up, you know it's gunna drop like a piano from the 40th floor to the pavement. Crushing ear drumms and bringing back the heavy vibes as the tune rides along to the outro. This one is not just aimed, but hitting squarely on the dancfloor!
