serious question

Being 33 yrs old I feel like breaks have come a long way. Does anyone else have an opinion on the breaks of the past and the breaks of today, meaning production, sound, maturity ect
To me breaks are where it is and i feel like all should know this.

Breaks are hit or miss. I only like a small fraction of what I hear. I like the old sound alot because it's more funky, but production is better now. I like breaks mixed up with other beats better than an all breaks set.
