Good times last week, thanks to all of our patrons and DJs for creating that great vibe

Check out the line-up for this Wednesday eveing - a night not to be missed. Up first is DJ ANDROS with his unique style of house and progressive. After him is TRANSIT resident RAMIRO as he graces the decks with his ridiculously long mixes providing some his deeper, darker, and tribal progressive house. Up next is Mr. CHRISTUAFF and his anticipated turn behind the wheels of steel - he'll rock it with his body moving set. Coming in at the forth slot is TRANSIT resident LXG - Alex will fill the dance floor with his seductive yet tribal sounds. Last slot will be LOGO as he brings the night to a proper close with his latest track selection and ear pleasing house.

nightlife to the suburbs, and to provide a platform for new and up and
coming DJs to show their skills. We're always looking for new talent, so if
you spin, bring copies of your mixes or live sets with you.

::TRANSIT:: has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, a booming
soundsystem, 'intelligent lighting' and dance floor that's great for
breaking. And for the kids who don't want to get too freaky in the middle of
the week, we've got a bunch of pool tables or you can just hang out and have
some beer and nachos or a cheeseburger from the kitchen while listening to
some great dance music.

You don't have to bring CDs unless you want to (helps get your name out there) - I've heard you spin before so its just a matter of finding you a good timeslot. For people who have never played out here (NOVA, DC, MD) and need their first gig, I need a 30+ minute demo on a CD. More than likely you'll be booked in the Cold Turkey slot (8-9) and based on that demonstation you'll be booked at a later date in a better slot.

Cold Turkey slots are usually our hardest to book but if you just want to play and don't care what timeslot it is - let me know and I can put you on a "ready DJ" list - more than likely you'll get a 5 day notice.
