yeah, the website has not been updated there but mgmt goes back in forth with confusing decisions but yes the downstairs will now be open and Club X is better than ever on Saturday!

Maybe you guys can help me locate the jacket and scarf that those guys over there cared less about finding after they lost it last Saturday. Hey, and if you find that maybe you can find the $50 each they ripped me and my friends off for on NYE @ 1:45am. Consequently, they shut the club down 1 hour later when they decided they didn't feel like controlling the fighting assholes that they seem to cater to. The venue is incredible (a must see), but do the managers/security think it is cool to try act like gangsters and intimidate their patrons. Security should be felt not seen.
Hope your party does well though.

sorry to hear about your experience. as the saturday night resident, I can offer you a chance to come back to the club for free on my guestlist. Maybe your scarf has turned up now that things have settled down.
maybe a new night would offer you a more positive experience.

Yo, I appreciate the hospitality. I honestly thought the music was the highlight of the my 60 minute experience. In addition, the bartenders were all pretty cool too. However, I can't stand when a manager or owner stands out front and thinks he is doing people a favor by allowing them in. Especially a new place looking to build a rep. I would take you up on your offer, but I think if I ever saw that short little punk bitch, with the cheesy, slicked back, receeding dirty blonde hairline, wearing the played out Manhattan club gear accessorized by an inferiority complex more apparent than his lack of club mgmt experience, I would probably have to let him know what's up. But that ain't my style. Listen, my experience may not be the norm, and I hope its' not. Good Luck w/ your residency. For now, I'll just assume that past events were growing pains, but keep an eye out.
