cool man.. i'll let you know when its done.. shouldnt be a terribly long time , the only hangup so far is the drums. i was thinking about using the dillinja loop that spyder used, then said fuck it.. then thought about creating my own drums but they dont really work for the dillinja-esque nature of this track, so once again said fuckit and sampled someone else in dnb with a few little add-ons like spyder did, lol.

yes theyre mainly loops but the idea is to rip them to shreds of course. PS DONT USE THE DILLINJA LOOP UNEDITED ITS GAY

Dillinja?MC Flipside?Venetian Snares? Are these all sample loops from other dnb tunes? Not interested if so - I don't mind some sampling here and there but I tend to stay away from sampling other dnb tunes (unless I'm attempting to rmx that particular tune). Thanx for the link either way!

spyder blatantly used a dillinja drum loop with 1 tiny edit as the intro drums leading up to the break and the drop. im 99% sure the "make some noise for the dj" sample is from venetian snares- "fuck off". im just using the opportunity to make a rather simplistic dancefloor tearout track, ive never really tried it before. maybe im the next dillinja! lol

actually i dont think there are any edits in the dillinja drum loop at all , just other drums layered. oh well whatever.. im having fun with the remix

i certainly know that feeling . the great thing about a lot of software tho is there is a demo for pretty much anything imaginable, sequencers, vsts, etc.. if you start hoarding samples now you could play around with those until something else is on the horizon :thumbsup:
