So you want to know where to boogie eh? Well Wed nights at Sonar are where its at for your weekly dose of boompty. This is my favorite party in the Bmore/DC corridor to play at and C. Devin Byrnes and Dj Shwa are easily my favorite locals. These cats got more flava than Kool-Aid. That says a lot coming from a grumpy mutha like me ;)

Devin's bday is tomorrow- come out and show the man some love. Hey- I live in Gaithersburg and work at 9am, and I am djing in DC from 10-12 then flying up to Bmore just to be able to throw down some shots with my boy D-Money. So if I can work it out- so can you. ;) Come get yer freak on.

6. Great seeing Rebecca and Jessie in the place last night. Miss you both...LOTS.

7. I'm convinced that JohnAsk is the nicest guy ever...and...he might know more about music than me. We're in the car earlier this evening and "She Drives Me Crazy" by the Fine Young Cannibals is on the radio. here's the convo:

Me: Damn. what a tune. I cant believe this guy didnt have a big solo career.
JA: yeah man. Roland Gift was the man. you remember their other song?
Me: Yeah...."Good thing" **singing** 'where have you gone?"
JA: that's the one !!
