NEUROTIC INSIGHTS' BIRTHDAY BASH!!!
come help curt celebrate his 24th birthday with one of his favorite djs.
12-2: BRYAN ZENTZ - disruptor/morris audio/intec - va beach - techno
curt is delighted to have bryan, one of his favorite djs and biggest inspirations, back to THE PADDED ROOM for his birthday bash. you all know him, and many of you love him. one of the biggest names in techno today, bryan has played around the world. from london, to tokyo, to new york, to richmond, his amazing turntable skills have wowed thousands upon thousands. his productions have also been highly praised for years, with releases on such legendary techno labels as intec, primate, bush, soma, and his own incredible new label disruptor, and have been featured on the mix cds of djs such as carl cox and the upcoming global underground: miami, mixed by danny howells. bryan also has his own mix cd coming out this year so keep your eyes open! any way you look at it, virginia is lucky to have such an amazing talent in our own backyard. he is one of the nicest guys in the business and we are very happy to have him back once again!

opening up for bryan will be the birthday boy himself! curt is the founder of neurotica and promoter of THE PADDED ROOM. for his birthday he wants to give his own gift of music back to those of you who have given so much support every friday night. he will have mix cds so make sure and ask for one!
2-close: special birthday tag set! when 2 o'clock rolls around curt and bryan will be sharing the decks to rock the dancefloor until they kick us out!
chopstix is now known as THAI CURRY HOUSE, and is located at 3129 w. cary st in richmond, va. the club is upstairs.
