holy crap.

i almost went to this last year.

i've had an invite from a close friend in l.a. to stay with him for this one..

but i've also had an invite from a close friend in miami in march.

looks like this spring will be giving me a difficult decision.

I'm pissed I won't be moving out there till at least June. I'm happy to see they're moving away from a mostly-Indie lineup into more hip hop and electronica.

Sage Francis, MF Doom, Immortal Technique, Jean Grae, Black Star, Roots Manuva, Aesop Rock, Zion-I... sickness.

That is a good line-up, but not what it has been in the past.

Any Buzz Crew need a place to stop over in LA let me know... Pretty sure I'll be going, and am seriously missing the DC vibe. Moved out here last august, and the scene is really different out here. Holler if you are coming out west, whether you are Lunch-crew or not. Big up the buzzlife massive!

I'm originally from Utah so a lot of people I know have gone to this in the past, but they're in Utah. I'm trying to get there this year. If you don't go to this, definitely go to Nocturnal Wonderland over Labor Day Weekend in September. If I'm correct, the location is in indio at a polo field (I think) where they held Nocturnal Wonderland in like 2001.

crazy good nshit

Agreed-

The 1st one was the best one----but it has progessed further and further away from Electronic Artist every year to a more Alternative Festival w/ a few big name EDMers thrown in the tent ---hell they put Underworld in the tent last year too.........

Sad---it had tons of potential to be a prime display of electronic music w/ a couple big name alternative bands in there to draw in people that normally wouldn't know the sound we love but it's gone in the wrong direction for me------it went the way of the $$$$ which I can't blame them......

just sad is all-

PEACE
