here's the National Intelligence Council's newest report: Mapping a Global Future 2020. It's a 123 pages, but I ripped right through it. If you want, just read the Executive Summary and the Chapter on Terror. (Though the stuff on India and China is mucho importante, tambien) Very interesting predictions about future priorities, policy, etc.
