Thanks Benson! I'm very,very excited about the 21st! Like past shows I've thrown, I booked the DJ and then thought of the concept for flyer. But with Boy George, a whole concept for an actually 'event' popped into my mind. Carnival, 'circusy'....and the idea was born...it just took a life of it's own from there. This venue is fabulous. We just had Tiesto there on 12.9...a Thursday...over 1100 people there. The energy that the people, from all over, brought there was incredible! Like nothing Charlotte, NC has ever seen before. Boy George in this venue with the whole 'show' theme...like way,way back in the day... is going to be seriously massive! Happy Holidays. Cheers!

Yes, this is going to be his only east coast appearance. (except for maybe Florida sometime much later this year...nothing scheduled yet.) George most definetly has the whole supply and demand thing down pat! If you are looking for a place to stay in Charlotte, I have deal with the Holiday Inn Center City in the heart of downtown Charlotte. I'm still ironing out the final amount, but it's going to be a steal. I'll post in a day or so the final $$ amount for the block of rooms.

These rooms are available up until the day after the show. It's not a designated amount of rooms ( I think I did say 'block')we can get as many as we need at this price...price good until the 22nd. That's after the show ofcourse, just in case we have any last minute party people that need a hotel. These are fabulous rooms and they're huge. Quite a deal for sure! So glad you enjoyed it. Hope you had a safe ride home. Wish I would've known who you were and how to get in touch with you on Saturday. All the flights out of CLT. to NY and to all the cities anywhere up north were cancelled, due to the blizzard, leaving George stranded looking for a ride back to NY or somewhere kinda near. I had mentioned to him that I thought a few peeps were coming from DC. What a fun trip back to DC that would've been! Ended up getting him on the last plane to Boston and taking the train to NY. He had to be back by Sunday and it was looking like the flights on Sunday morning would be cancelled too. I called everyone I could think of to drive him up there (he doesn't drive)...wish we would've known right? LOL. What a great guy and a wonderful party. Next time you come all the way down, Mr. JayDC, make sure you find me and say hello! Thanks for making the trip and glad it was worth your while. :woot:

Man, I drove back to DC right after the party, it would have been to cool to chill with george on the ride back, I was actually going to NYC on saturday, but my plan got fudge b/c of the blizzard.. Oh well... Let me know when your next party is, I must be there!.. Tell Randy whats up for me, and it was nice meeting him!..
