Shy was heavy last night...Even though I got in mad late to check him out - I just remember him pulling a double (or was it triple?) rewind on Pendulum's 'Masochist'? (the first track from Fresh's 'RED' mix) at one point and was just like - whoa...

Didn't know it'd go for the third time - tune was definitely dope once it broke down...Too many times I just ended up seeing people all over the place just getting down like crazy - awesome vibe and it was hot in there for a reason ;) On all counts - Shy F/X tore it up. Nice one 2tuff Kru.

the vibe was amazing.
Red + packed crowd + Shy FX with the amazing tunes = underground jungle party feel


the best part was even with 100 or so people in that tiny space, everyone was dancing, unless they were actually at the bar. Usually, at most clubs, only the first few rows of people are dancing, the rest are bobbing their heads or whatever, but no, every single person in there was dancing and going nuts.

WOW !!!! Reading the posts from the first page gave me chills all over. That's awesome everyone had such a good time. I must admit that Red had a good vibe going on all night last night!! It was like an ol'skool party!! It's been a long time since I've had that kinda feeling about a party! My legs are still sore from dancing so much last night!! Even after leaving the club I think it took me about an hour to completely cool down. Was anyone else sweating their ass off last night?

shy fx did rinse it out properly last night at red - for real! many, many thanks & respects go out to ALL of the headz that came through last night - the vibes were thick, shy fx had a blinding set and the bass was BOOMING! (shy kept max'ing out all the levels.... uk stylee). i got to meet loads of new people (joey dobbs, krystle, 'carmen sandiego') and it seemed like everywhere i looked there was another person i knew just brocking out & shuffling 'pon the dancefloor! it definitely had that old school/urban space/jungle party vibe going on, so thanks again to all of you who made it happen - a great summertime session to share with friends - can't beat that shit!

special shouts to: shy fx for the ripping set, slant for setting things off properly and all the red staff; dushan, matt & 'ish. looking forward to checking your pics online Joey and Orbit from XM was on hand last night as well, birthday girl Becka and her crew were lovely & lively, all the past & future dj's who hold it down on the weekly rudebwoy shuffle sessions that were in attendance like Deinfamous, Winterman, Demetrios, Insulin, Patrick Mineo, Bjoo - and everyone else who helped us sort things out - big up your chest!
