maybe its me, but im not hearing a long build...........
maybe its the sample isnt the whole song?
cause that build in the begining is maybe like 15 secs max.
i need something that
fucking BUILDS.
long time.
long long long time.
like trance status only breaks.
maybe it doesnt exist.

hehe.. I've got some tracks with epic breakdowns, but not sure if they're fitting your description, you sound like you're asking for SUPER long ones.
but here's a few that have decently long ones
JDS Blackout, on TCR
Presser's 2black2gay, friendly remix, fat!
omar santana's raver's damnation does kinda what you're saying
and so does this track called jamaican alien, on moving shadow, by sura (This one kinda builds, builds, builds until the song ends)I used to drop shadowbreaks at the beginning of the breakdown so they would be building up together with the first break of shadowbreaks, fun mix.

this isn't strictly breaks, but it may do what you want:
starts out with a 3 minute long break, then has another 1-2 minute break mid-song. when the beats come in though, they're 4-on-the-floor. but the break has high-hats in a breakbeat pattern.
remy - bang! (sampler 1) "scrambled" [taste recordings]
sample (http://www.planetxusa.com/pub/audio/djram/2003/141651.ram)
mixes really well with lots of breaks tunes.

another good one that builds throughout is: Uberzone: Organik (off of Bolz EP): City of Angels. You've GOT to be into acid breaks though, cause that track is serious.
