Great job Genna!

Track selection is good, programmed well - I did note a bit of cheese in there though (guilty pleasures maybe :wink:) The mixing is smooth demonstrating excellent technical abilities. :thumbsup:

Tip: Encode your mixes in MP3 format even if it means sacrificing quality. This format is portable across many more media players & OS' and will let more ppl. enjoy the mix without having to worry if they have Windows Media Player or Real Player.

Yeah, little cheese in there :) but *little* cheese is ok in my book... Makes the sammich taste good!! just as long as it's not too much, hehe

mp3 v. wma... yeah, i hear you. normally i encode things in mp3/128, but at teh moment i'm not sure what my bandwidth limitations are and also i've got a lot more DLs lately then before, so mp3/96 v. wma/128... wma wins on quality hands down... i will downgrade it in a few weeks to have it more compatable for others when most who wanted had DLd best quality.

And thanks for reminding me about tracklist! i forgot... will do it tonight when i get home... If, however, you have some track you need to know the name of, just let me know, i may remember it...

Max Graham played it @ Sonar, but i had it before that. Got it by accident actually, had it for at least a month before realizing it was a great track... I don't believe it had been MASS released yet... or at least it wasn't when i was making the mix

I recently caught myself playing a lot of Infusion remixes... mostly their tech-house stuff... I'm not sure exactly how that happened, but they are definately making some sick tracks and remixes..

i think hes got to much time on his hands. AAAnywho, genna- teck, shannon, sean,lance, tamara and i spent a rather lengthy amout of time saturday night/sunday morning listening to all your mixes and apreciating that we are lucky enough to have them at our disposal. Deep in my soul blew my mind several times so please please keep them comming ..... we are loving that DJ Genna sound!!

that certainly isnt a style that i hear that much. my friend in philly opens with that jase track alot... some of the tracks are way to breaky for me. cheese is cool, but keep it constant , like all the cheese at once, with that and the breakyness i had to do a but of fast fowarding becuase it was getting borring( i hate doing this cause i like to hear mixing skills, yours are good BTW). then u busted out the banging gay tribal, i liked that alot. (VICTOR CALDERONE OWNS I SAW HIM AT NATION) he could pull a mix of just that and it would have been better.. excpet ur track selection was a little to trendy. in the case of ur mix starting slower and ending harder didnt suite me. im a snob and im sorry.

Funkstar... thanks for the input... I guess we have slightly different tastes... I usualy do start rather slow and end harder and faster on CDs... I'm pretty new at this, so i'm still experimenting with styles and progression... Some works well, some don't, some for some people, some for others... :)
