Any DnB DJs interested in a new project?

Im looking to do a 4 turntable set with someone, You mix up the beats, amen, jump up, or anything equivelant, while I run my original dancehall records over top and provide scratches, cuts, etc. Im sure its been done but Its something im quite eager to do. let me know if you want to try it.

You may want to speak to MOE aka Winterman......or Eric aka Dj Illeffect.......MOE is more of a Dancehall/Dub/Reggae head....and Illeffect has experience doing the 4 turntable deal....I don't know if MOE has doen it before, but i know eric has (TRUE STEREO!!!)

Man 4 decks take a big desk/studio man!.... I would probably be more intrested in working out remixes of reggae tracks.... But I am down for experimenting.

nah, im not really wanting to do any remixes, i want to do this live, i want people to know that 1 person is doing all the dnb beats, and one person is doing only dancehall, hip hop beats, and scratching. I want to see the look of awe on peoples faces. most of all, I want to rock. I can be an honorary selektah, maybe even rinse out and come correct, too. :)~

I know you said someone may have already done it and they have! Go for it. It is a pretty dope concept if done right. I remember awhile ago I think it was like july 4th or sometime during the summer of 98 (maybe) at Bionic budda I think that was the party. It was at the edge. Outside on the patio there was a tagteam set between ANI and Craze. Ani was doing the mixing and Craze was providing the cuts and acapellas. It was pretty cool. The main reason why I remember this is because ANI did this back spin while Craze was cutting and he backspun to hard and the needle popped off the groove and while Craze was still cutting the needle landed back down somewhere near the begging of the track right on beat. Definately an accident but cool non the less.

yeah, 4 decks does take a lotta room and a lotta work to pull off IMO. I can't even begin to tell you how much a pain in the ass it was to do that True Stereo cd - not that it wasnt totally worth it - just sooo much work went into it. I dont really take the philosophy of Faust & Shortee who do the WEAKEST 4 deck performance (IMO). If you're gonna really utilize that shit, u gotta plan some clever ass mixes that you wouldnt be able to accomplish on two. I dunno, i might be interested - kinda have to vibe it out i suppose. I'm honestly not too familiar w/ what Shaun plays so we shall see. got any mixes online?
