Who thinks Mr. Henry should release a recorded Bit O' Honey set? The closest thing we have right now IMO is the "Sm:)e mix session".

I suggest a mixtape. Only so that it could utilize the actual Bit O' Honey wrapper. Unless of course Mr. Henry wants to snatch up a copyright and throw it onto a C.D. via record label.

BEST IDEA EVER

Scott Henry's bit-o-honey sets are his BEST performances, IMO.

I would absolutely buy one!!!!! :affection:

Some of my fondest memories of the Buzz days involve Scott Henry's bit-o-honey sets

And yes, "Sm:)e mix session" is a damn good album :raveon: My friend let me borrow her CD for about 6 months (this was a couple years ago) and I listened to it non-stop. Then she made me give it back to her :puppydog:

They record their sets on XM.
If they would sell all their sets it would be amazing.
Or at least have a link so we can listen to recent past sets.
They have so many recordings in their vault im about to pull a robery.
Hook us up with some dope sets.
Buzz needs to sell there sets so everyone will be happy especially me.

My best tapes are the ones I recorded off of Hfs. Deep Dish, Meat Katie, Scott Henry I have two
Bad Boy Bill classic mixtapes.

If not go back to hfs so I can record the sets.

we need to bring buzz back buzz merch too.
so many people came up to the buzz tent and asked if we were still selling shirts, hats, etc.

I recorded Feelgood and Bad Boy Bill the year they did Buzz on HFS. AMAZING SETS :lessthanthree: I have no idea what happened to the mixtapes though :crying2: I am sure they are in a box in my closet somewhere. But I am too lazy to go through all my tapes and try to find them :afterbuzz:

It's Scott Henry's old school sets he plays out on the deck during the summer time... usually lasting for 4-5 hours.

So yeah, I read that they are coming soon. Although...I knew this was going to happen. Scott mentioned it in an e-mail to me a couple months ago. I was just trying to give some more incentive to actually get it done. Not that incentive was really needed though. So...who wants to mail me a copy? LOL.

ahh, the sm:)e mix!!! god, that must be eight years old!!! at the time i had only one 1200 and a cd player and i was mixing records into the tracks on the mix-cd. that was a solid compilation of THE tracks of that time; my memory is for some-reason hazy, but bombscare, the bouncer and that classic blue amazon track were on there. and many more.

anyway, yes, scott, bit'o'honey, cd. f-yeah!

What might be even cooler is a re-release of all the Fever mix session mixtapes by Scott & Feelgood...so many of us treasure those ol' mixtapes but I'm sure just like me, most of my tapes broke from playing them way too many times.

If they could be re-recorded & even re-mastered onto cd, and put on sale, I'm sure they (buzzlife) would sell loads of them every week! I would be all over it!!

Any re-release of Fever tapes or a new Bit o'Honey CD would be a great idea, although I guess there could be some copy right issues now adays that were easier to get around with mix tapes 10 years ago.
