I am looking for the best deal on the mass production of my demo CD. Does anyone have any suggestions of where I could get a decent price for 1000 CDs with silk screen (one color)? My friends and I are sick of having CD burning parties. Any help will be great help. Keenan

Hi Keenan!

Hit up Matt (Implicit) at Electrolife. He did my last two CDs!

I guess it really depends.....I did 500 two years ago and I still have a bunch. Then again, I'm nerdy and stay home a lot. Want a CD? HAHA!

I used this place up in Canada 'cause they were mad cheap and got my stuff up on iTunes for free. They're called Indie Pool. (Getting the CD's across the border wasn't as much a problem as I thought it would be.)

Check the link:

Anybody know who I can call to get my CD's distributed here in the US?

You don't happen to have any downloads now, do ya? I have to drive up to NY/CT tomorrow morning and I need something good to listen to. I can't just have Sanborn's cd on repeat for 5 hrs.

Yeah! Hit up electrolife.

Guitar Center also offers cd duplication through their website now.

A friend of mine did a run of 1000 cds something like 5 years ago. He's still got some.

1000 is way too much, 500 should be more than enough.

300 is the magic number for me.

Heh... well I suppose I could...

I've got a couple of mixes on my laptop, which I'm going to plug into my stereo and run on random.

do the cds from electrolife have green backs on 'em, or are they just like 'real' cds?
