tanning bed for minimum time...you are really white like i am right now...they have a lil form you fill out at tanning places that helps them calculate how long you should stay in the booth without burning.

when i lived with chuck's parents i was so so so tan because his mom owned a tanning bed.

i look kinda weird super tan though, it's not my style.

Oh.. and it won't come as much of a surprise that I start tanning indoors in March. I use only stand up beds for a consistant tone :D The key is to use high quality, staged, indoor tanning lotions. Also mousturize like a mofo right afterwards with something Vitamin E heavy. Drink lots of water, and if you can do something to sweat alot - it's helps very much.
If your very white when you start, then only go for 2.5 - 3 minutes for your first like 2 weeks. It seems like a waste and that your not making progress but your adjusting your skin to the UVs as if not to damage it. Start early (ie., March) so you can gradually increase your times. Stand up Beds give the most consistant tan with no pressure points and are most comfortable, especially for "big" people with substantial area to tan :afterbuzz: Oh and uhh, don't go every day.. Space it every 2 days so your skin has time to remouisturize and you don't get that dull, leathery looking tan. I can spot a poor fake tan from a mile a way, but I gurantee you mine will look natural by May 1 :D
