Awsome party.

Mine was a Supersting party(can't remember the number) on March 13(Friday the 13th) in 98.

Roni Size and Reprezent and others I can't remember. I fell in love with it all the second I stepped foot in the Ballroom and got my first piece of candy LOL!

BWAHAHA I love you Gwen. Nah, when I moved out of that house to the basement I decided to leave the flyers. I asked one of my roomates if he wanted them but he'd already moved out. I told him I'd leave them in his dresser drawers. I think he just didn't come back to get them. It's all good I've pretty much stopped collecting flyers anyway much rather someone have them that can still appreciate them. I was crazy about collecting those damn things. I used to get like 3 at a time and had like 2 big boxes filled with them!!!

Kinda small but July 4th 1993 in front of the old Music Now store. I use to love that old store it had mad bboy shizz. Anyways me and my friends blazed a phatty and skated over there after the fireworks. Kinda crazy me seeing all these kats dancin outside to some techno for the first time. I think Greg Sargent was spinn'. After that experience I started going to Spirtual Movement/Rise cause thats where everybody from my HS would go. It was nuts seeing heads from your HS going there fuckin a hour away from home every friday. I think at one point my friends and I owned that joint for a minute. Crazy stuff I tell ya.

Some dive party at Edge in Nov. '00. I just became legal!

:afterbuzz:
The boss that I went with asked me out that night. :ANden: First track I heard was a mix of Keoki's porno speed racer track. I remember running from room to room because it was so much to take in. It was SO cold out that night too, I only had on a little red shirt, I was shakin' out on the patio.

9th and V Catastrophic, 1991

The moment that got me and I was hooked was closing set Vibration, an Ultraworld New Year's event. It wasn't Lonnie, it may have been Seth? but he could barely finish thanking everyone for this event as he broke down into tears. Whoever was spinnin threw down one last acid trance track and for that brief moment, it was magic.

:haha: fucking word. I would just dance in the line back then. Not to sound jaded at all but every second of those days were the best. You know it's a good party when you're dancing it up in line anxious to just get in.

I LOVE seeing my old friends out and about... though they don't really go out much anymore. It warms my otherwise tired old heart... :D And gives me an excuse to flying-tackle-pounce someone in the crowd who will ACTUALLY APPRECIATE the gesture.

yea...ive had some cool experiences with that. at boo this year i saw a chick i hadnt seen since before buzz got closed from the fox 5 shit. that was cool as hell, cuz we used to hang with her every week. then she moved back north and we all lost touch.

and you remember how people used to trade bracelets and what not? ive had one come back to me. THAT was crazy...some girl i ended up talking to me offered me one at whistle 3...about a year after i had MADE and GIVEN that exact bracelet to someone else. that was wild.

ROFL... ok last year I was flipping through URB or BPM(it's on my floor but I don't feel like checking) and seeing someone I used to afterparty with) he is now a well known dj. That blew my mind. There is no feeling like remembering those days and running into and hanging back out with the the old heads.
