I was once dumped on Valentines day.

Well, not completely.

The Boyfriend said that we needed a couple days apart, well, a week later on Valentines Day when I still hadn't heard from him and he didn't return my call...I assumed that it was over and dumped to big boxes full of him stuff on his front porch (including the valentines day card I made him).

Never did hear from him. :shrug: So 'technically' we never broke up. :afterbuzz:

this has happened to me twice...with last years being the BEST one ever: not only was i dumped on that day, but i also found out she had been cheating on me for about 3 weeks...

i think the reason why v-day sucks so much for me is because those people who have a date are so absorbed in their date that they forget about my birthday, and those people who don't have a date are so absorbed in self-pity that they forget about my birthday. so i always end up with no date and no friends to celebrate my birthday with. it really sucks. people need to quit being so damn selfish sometimes....
