yeah south cooking is un-appealing to me also..b/c it's made with bacon grease too much meat..even their cornbread has lard, bacon bits or some form of animal grease in it......now New Orleans cooking like seafood gumbo and jumbalaya is really good.

Southern cookin' is real easy.

Take any normal food and cook it with a ton of bacon grease (from the used coffee can on the stove).

Homemade taste with only 65 grams of fat per serving.
