The curtain will open up to a set up on stage & you can expect to see music interacting with visuals. This is a new show as many of you know, so Im not going into details and spoiling it for others, but im hella' excited. :specialed:

for real tho... I had some older asian woman run into the back of my car earlier today, and she didn't stop.
Now, seeing as how I was pulling over to the side of the road to get info and such, I didn't get her liscence as she just whizzed on past :FUBAR:
A little later while driving home, I heard something dragging under my car... and APPARENTLY there were sparks too...
How do I know this? Cause every person who drove past/behind me felt compelled to pull up along side of me and shout "HEY! Your car! There are sparks coming out from under it!!" :raveon:

I saw them at Buzz and they had a guy from the audience come up on stage and they placed a metal mask on his face and grinded sparks off it... And bunny came out in a mirror ball suit and they shone a spotlight on him to fill the entire room it is going to be a memorible event .:redlight:

Well if you have problems with the 'INFLATION' of the TICKET PRICES, than why don't you call RITM's booking agent and have him lower the cost for Buzzlife. Do you think there is some standard rate that all DJs charge and that the production companies inflate when they feel like it? Get a clue.
The rest of us are going to sit back and reval in the fact that we are lucky enough to have them at Buzz, no matter the cost.
People never cease to amaze me

If you have ever seen RABBIT IN THE MOON "LIVE" then you would understand the pump up on the prize....RABBIT is no damn over priced dj spinning records that other dj's spinn....it's a damn spiritual carnival of madiness that will burrow deep into your mind and the rest of your body will rot away before the memory of this night.....and that is no lie!!!!!
as mentioned, 20.00 even 25.00 is damn cheap to see these guys.......as for what they have been up to as of late, just got back from a mini asian tour did VoodooFest and Ultra with a one off show @ the HARD ROCK in Orlando.....and that is just the tip....if it's been years since you've seen them then you will be in for a nice suprise....you will remember some stuff but you will see new stuff and hear new stuff...........for those doing this for the first time, it's all down hill from here......nothing will be the same, nothing. Welcome to the insanity that is RABBIT IN THE MOON!!!!!
WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!

I've never seen RITM live, but $25 seems like a damn good deal for what we're going to get. WAY better than paying $40 or $50 to watch a bunch of emo twits jump around on stage & whine.
DRG420
2003-12-18, 10:25 AM
Yeah was the price increase due to increase preparation for the stage show or was it that they knew they could charge and get away with it. Im not dissing buzz I just want to know why the increase in price in both the 19th and 26th.
Article One
2003-12-18, 12:51 PM
the real reason is not buzz, its RITM themselves.
they are expensive as FUCK...which is why they to this point have never been booked from what i understand.
Yakko Red
2003-12-18, 12:56 PM
you should see their set list....
6 subs (subway will do)
Fruit basket( do you know how hard one is to find on short notice in NC? it's a bitch)
1 bottle of Jack Daniels
1 six pack of rolling rock
i forget the rest, but when they were booked on July 25th, 1998 (a day that only jackasses are born on) I got to play scavenger hunt for them and it was a stress filled saturday finding random shit
I'm convinced half the stuff goes along the lines of what the guys in that movie "Airheads" did, just a list of junk for "shits and giggles"
Article One
2003-12-18, 01:01 PM
hahahah...thats funny.
but i mean, aside from being a pain in the ass to CATER to, they rent out their act for a TON of money. im pretty sure they are one of the most expensive acts (including DJs) in our scene.
